Understanding the Compliance Report
The Compliance Report is the single audit-ready view for managers. It scores cleaning task completion and temperature check coverage as a daily percentage, averages across the date range, and surfaces gaps with direct links to the Action Log. Ad-hoc records (Log a Clean, Assign Task) and closed days are excluded so the score reflects routine compliance, not pop-up activity.
Open the Compliance Report
From your Site Dashboard, click 'Compliance Report'. You'll see the overall score, a daily trend chart, and module breakdowns.
Understand the score
Each open day's score is (completed cleaning tasks + completed temperature checks) ÷ (expected cleaning tasks + expected temperature checks). The headline is the average across the open days in the selected range. Closed days are excluded.
Set a compliance start date
Newly onboarded? Go to Site Settings and set a 'Compliance start date' so empty pre-onboarding days don't drag your score down. Anything before that date is ignored.
Compare with the previous period
The score card shows a trend arrow vs the equivalent previous period (last 30 days vs the 30 before, etc.).
Filter by date range
Use the range picker (this week, last week, last 30 days, custom) to focus on a specific period — handy ahead of an EHO visit.
Module breakdowns
Cleaning and Temperature each show their own completion rate plus key metrics (missed cleaning tasks, out-of-range readings, delivery rejection rate).
Drill into Gaps & Issues
The table lists every day with incomplete compliance, every out-of-range reading, and every rejection. Expand a row to see the missed tasks and which problems were raised in (and resolved by) the Action Log.
Actions Summary
Shows how many follow-up actions were raised vs resolved in the period, with direct links to the linked records — auditors can verify the corrective action trail in one click.
Tips
- Aim for 90%+ across all modules.
- Review weekly with your kitchen manager to catch slipping standards early.
- Ad-hoc cleaning logs don't help your score — focus on completing the recurring schedule.
- Use the gaps drill-down before an EHO visit to confirm every out-of-range reading has a documented action.
